Made in CAnada rectangle
Arc Air is the sickest trampoline I have ever been on. These are overkill commercial and super expensive. You can pimp them out with their boosters they are known for. Many people in the USA buy them as they are not taxable since parts are from USA.
Yep, they lonly use 4 pieces in their rectangle and octogon models. These are significant trampolines. Just the tramp alone without even an enclosure weights ~420 lbs. Mostly because of the steal and bigsprings they use. Their pads are super thick. The densest I have found actually. They are not cheap to build and cost about 500 to 600 dollars extra for their quality. They are not cheap to buy but in the long run it will turn out to be inexpensive as you don't have a lot of replacements. The 4 piece frame feels much different as the breaks in the frame have less flex and doesn't feel as rigid.
No duties to the Usa.
I figured it out and now know why they don't charge duties like the ones that aren't duty free. They use parts that are 100% made in Canada but use materials that are from the USA originally so they go their tramps registered with nafta so they don't have to pay duties when they ship from Canada to the US.
Their rectangle models are the most solid feel I ever tested. Ive been on the best tramps from all the major manufactures. Their rectangle one feels way different than anything else in its price range and a night and day difference in the ones that are less than its 420 pound frame. The octagon frame made me stop promoting the round ones. I tested the A.J. Landmark round model which is my favorite round brand next to the Arc air octogon in my friends backyard in Long Island, I cannot jump on a round one anymore. It's just not for me after trying their octagon. I've been on other ones but they feel stiff. I tested their 10inch spring model, not the 9 inch ones that come standard. The10 inch upgrade costs 200 more but it gives more bounce for the energy you put into it. More free bounces. REad about free bounces if you don't know about them.
I strongly recommend the Arc air rectangle and Octogon for those that are tough on their trampolines. For little kids, its probably overkill unless they are gonna use it for 10 years. Go to somewhere local and buy a 400 dollar round one until they can really use what a commercial type offers.
Note: their octagon has the most equal tension distraction I have bounced on. The 10 inch springs give it a more consistant and balanced bounce way over the round. I did not like most octogons before using their 10 inch spring.
Note: I finally used thier 9 inch standard springs. They are good but once I have used the 10 inch ones I couldn't go back. It felt more flat but way more bouncy compared to any other octogon I have found.
Their BOOSTERS:
Their Boosters are basically like upgrades. It's kinda like doing performance mods to a car engine. The tramp boosters can either enhance the safety or durability for heavy users, or performance of the tramp. Some of them make the trampoline better for more extreme or commercial use.
COMPARING ARC AIR TO TRAMPMASTER:
The Arc Air 11x17 (120 springs) model comes in very close to USA made Trampmaster 10x17 (108 springs). Trampmaster also has a 5 year warranty on their trampoline mat and they guarantee their springs for 5 years. Rare for any company this long.
The Arc air weighs 420 lbs, the Trampmaster at 323LBS with just one inch shorter.
If you get the 10 inch springs, you must have a lower clearance as it sinks in way more than the 9 inchers. The bounce is so much softer with the 10 inch. I do not recommend the 10 inch unless someone is comfortable jumping much higher.
Cons:
The only problem with their tramolines is the shipping. It costs 275 to 450 to ship to the states. The cheapest place I have ever sold to was Montana,$350 including customs and shipping. Customs charge about 75 dollars.
As always with any product on any of my sites I own, I give free shipping if paying by check. I also sell on Ebay and have 100% feedback and a member since 2005
